The air inside a tight New England house is often dirtier than the air outside. We install whole-home media filtration that captures far more than a basic 1″ filter, UV and air purification systems that neutralize mold, bacteria, and odors at the air handler, whole-home humidifiers for dry winter air, dehumidification for damp basements, and ERV/HRV ventilation that brings in fresh air without throwing your heat out the window. If someone in the house has allergies or asthma, this is usually the highest-impact money you can spend on comfort.

Whole-Home Water Filtration

Better water at every tap — not just the kitchen sink. We install whole-home filtration and conditioning systems (including the Halo 5 line) that reduce chlorine taste and odor, sediment, and scale buildup. Cleaner water is nicer to drink and shower in, and reducing scale extends the life of your water heater or tankless unit, fixtures, and appliances. We can also add dedicated under-sink drinking water filtration where you want it.

A properly configured smart thermostat pays for itself — and a badly configured one quietly wastes money all winter. We install and set up Honeywell Home smart thermostats, including the new ElitePRO S1200 with wireless room sensors and indoor air quality control, wired and configured correctly for your specific equipment.

Leak Protection & Peace of Mind

Water damage is the most common — and most preventable — homeowner insurance claim. We install smart leak detection with automatic water shutoff, water alarms at the water heater and washing machine, battery-backup sump pump systems for storm season, condensate safety switches that stop an AC leak before it hits the ceiling below, and thermostatic mixing valves that protect kids from scalding.
