A U.S. Army veteran who deployed to Afghanistan and spent years stationed in Germany, Ross came home and built his career across residential, commercial, and industrial work. That range is why he can walk into almost any basement and explain what is happening in plain language. Most homeowners were never taught how these systems work, and he takes the time to change that. Outside the shop: travel, history, and time with his family.

Marc runs the field team day to day, which means he sees more systems in a week than most homeowners see in a lifetime. Twenty-two years makes Bryan the most experienced mechanic on our field team, and there is not much in a New England basement he has not already seen twice. He is deliberate, unhurried, and the one newer techs get paired with. After all that time he still says the best part is the people. Two little kids who are his world, and anything outdoors.

Straight out of high school Nolan spent seven years building and servicing in-ground pools. The plumbing was always the part he liked most, and eventually it pulled him into the trade full time — so he arrived with more hands-on water experience than most first-year apprentices. Creative, curious, and always looking for a good adventure.

Five things Marc wishes every homeowner knew.
- A dirty air filter can cut your system’s efficiency by up to 15% — real money leaking out every month over a $10 part.
- Your outdoor condenser needs at least two feet of clearance on all sides to breathe. Grass clippings and mulch piled against it are quietly starving it of airflow.
- Refrigerant does not get used up like gas in a car. If a system is low, it is leaking somewhere.
- One faucet dripping once per second wastes over 3,000 gallons a year.
- Clanking pipes are not “just an old house thing.” That is your plumbing asking for attention.
