Can I buy an ElitePRO S1200 at a store?
No. The ElitePRO line is sold only through professional installers, so it’s set up and wired correctly for your system.
What do the room sensors do?
Wireless room sensors let the thermostat focus on the room you’re actually in instead of the hallway where it’s mounted. They help with hot and cold rooms without changing the equipment.
Does it work with boilers, heat pumps and radiant?
Yes. We configure it for furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, dual-fuel and radiant systems. An Equipment Interface Module can add stages and IAQ equipment without running new wire through finished walls.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. The ElitePRO connects to an app so you can change settings and schedules from anywhere.
Can it show my doorbell camera?
Yes. It can show video from a compatible First Alert or Ring doorbell on the thermostat screen. The doorbell is sold separately.
