Information on This Site

The guides, checklists, and calculators on this site are general information for homeowners, not a diagnosis and not engineering advice. Every house is different. Nothing here should be relied on in place of an in-person evaluation by a licensed professional, and nothing here should be read as instruction to perform work that Massachusetts law reserves for licensed tradespeople.

Calculators and estimating tools produce rough figures from the inputs you provide. They are not quotes and do not bind us.

Requesting Service

Submitting a form or booking online is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once our office confirms it with you. We serve residential properties on the South Shore of Massachusetts; if your property falls outside our service area we will tell you rather than take the job.

You must be the property owner or have the owner’s authorization to have work performed. Someone eighteen or older needs to provide access for the appointment.

Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including any coupon or promotional amount, are subject to change and to confirmation on site. A written quote we give you is valid for the period stated on it. Coupons and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, must be presented before work begins, and do not apply retroactively to completed work.

Some conditions cannot be seen until walls, floors, or equipment are opened. If we find something that changes the scope, we stop and get your approval before continuing. You will not be charged for additional work you did not authorize.

Licensing, Permits, and Inspections

We perform work under our Massachusetts licenses and pull permits where the town requires them. Permit fees may be billed to you and are disclosed in the quote. Municipal inspection timelines are set by your town, not by us, and we cannot guarantee when an inspector will arrive.

Rebates and Financing

Rebate and incentive amounts are set by utility and state programs, not by us. Eligibility, funding, and program rules change, and approval is the program administrator’s decision. We will help you file and we will tell you what we believe you qualify for, but we cannot guarantee an award or an amount.

Financing is offered by third-party lenders, subject to their credit approval and their terms. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions.

Warranties

Labor warranty terms are stated on your invoice or quote for the work performed. Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which is the manufacturer’s obligation and subject to their registration and maintenance requirements. Warranties generally do not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, neglected maintenance, freezing, flooding, storms, power problems, or pre-existing conditions elsewhere in the system.

Calls and Text Messages

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you by phone and text about your service request and the resulting work, including automated appointment and arrival messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Calls may be recorded or monitored; where a call is recorded you will be told at the beginning of the call. Reviews and Photographs

Reviews shown on this site are submitted by customers through third-party review platforms and reflect their own opinions. We photograph our work for documentation, and we may use photographs of completed installations in our marketing. We do not publish photographs that identify a customer or a specific address without permission. Tell us if you would prefer we not use photographs from your job at all.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The content, layout, and graphics on this site are ours or used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent. Manufacturer names, logos, and certification marks belong to their owners and are used to identify the equipment we install and the certifications we hold. This site links to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent Massachusetts law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published here. This section limits liability relating to the website and the information on it. It does not limit any rights you have regarding work we actually perform, and it does not affect rights that cannot be waived under Massachusetts law, including under Chapter 93A.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Plymouth County, Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you booked a job govern that job.
