HVAC Service Technician — Full time · Norwell, MA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and certifications · Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call
You will diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems — gas and oil furnaces, boilers, condensers, air handlers, mini splits, and heat pumps. You own the call from arrival to signed invoice, present repair options honestly, and leave the home cleaner than you found it.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment
- EPA 608 certification
- Comfortable with mini split and heat pump service; Mitsubishi experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- You can explain a repair to a homeowner without talking down to them
Licensed Plumber & Plumbing Apprentice — Full time · Norwell, MA
Pay: Competitive, based on license level and experience · Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call
We are hiring at both levels. Licensed plumbers run service and repair calls independently — water heaters, tankless units, fixtures, drain and supply repairs, gas piping, and remodel rough-ins. Apprentices ride with a licensed plumber, learn the trade properly, and accumulate hours toward your journeyman license.
What we are looking for
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license for the licensed role
- Apprentices: registered with the state or ready to register, and genuinely willing to learn
- Gas fitting license is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
HVAC Installer — Full time · Norwell, MA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience · Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
You install complete residential systems — furnaces, boilers, condensers, ducted and ductless heat pumps, and Mass Save rebate-qualifying equipment. Expect quality sheet metal work, proper line set routing, correct commissioning, and jobs you would be proud to photograph.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years residential HVAC installation, or strong mechanical aptitude and a real work ethic
- EPA 608 certification, or willingness to obtain it quickly
- Brazing, sheet metal, and line set experience
- Ductless and heat pump install experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Office Coordinator / Dispatcher (CSR) — Full time · Norwell, MA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience · Schedule: Monday–Friday, in office
You are the first voice customers hear. You book calls, build an efficient daily board, keep technicians moving, follow up on estimates, and keep our records clean. Our field team runs on the schedule you build.
What we are looking for
- Phone and customer service experience; home services or trades a strong plus
- Comfortable in scheduling or CRM software — we run ServiceTitan
- Organized under pressure; you can hold five things at once without dropping one
- Clear, warm written and verbal communication
