Hull heats mostly on oil and propane. Natural gas reaches some streets on the peninsula but plenty of it is not served, so the first thing we check before quoting a replacement is what fuel is actually available at your address. The second thing we check is exposure — a boiler or furnace in a Hull basement is sitting in a flood zone in a town that loses power in nor’easters, and that changes how we set it up.
